This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for APEX Breakout subscriptions and lifetime purchases. Please read it carefully before subscribing.

Summary: Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However we will always work with you to resolve technical issues and consider requests in exceptional circumstances.

1. Digital product policy

APEX Breakout is a digital product delivered via TradingView’s invite-only script system. Access is granted automatically upon purchase. Because the product is delivered instantly and is non-returnable by nature, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course on either monthly subscriptions or lifetime purchases.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains active until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.

3. Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are a one-off payment granting permanent access to the purchased tier for as long as APEX Breakout remains in operation. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Technical issues

If you are unable to access the indicator due to a technical issue on our side, contact hello@apexbreakout.com with your TradingView username and order confirmation. We will resolve access issues within 4 hours during business hours. Technical issues are not grounds for a refund where access can be restored.

5. Exceptional circumstances

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for duplicate charges, a subscription renewing after you believed cancellation had been processed, access never being granted and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, or other circumstances we deem fair and reasonable on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests based on trading losses, signal frequency or disagreement with educational content will not be considered.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact hello@apexbreakout.com with your full name, checkout email address, Whop order confirmation number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Whop to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note: Refunds are not available on the basis of trading results, dissatisfaction with market conditions or any losses incurred while using the indicator. APEX Breakout identifies potential trading opportunities — all trading decisions and their consequences are your sole responsibility.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund that is not covered by this policy, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.
