This Privacy Policy explains how APEX Breakout (we, us, our) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit apexbreakout.com or subscribe to any of our products through Whop.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you subscribe through Whop, contact us via email or the contact form, or sign up to receive communications from us. This may include your name, email address and TradingView username.
We may also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to process your subscription, grant access to APEX Breakout on TradingView, send product updates and support communications, respond to enquiries, improve our products and website, and comply with legal obligations.
3. TradingView username
Your TradingView username is collected at the point of purchase and used solely to grant you access to the APEX Breakout indicator on TradingView. It is shared with TradingView’s invite-only access system for this purpose only.
4. Third party services
We use Whop for payment processing and subscription management, TradingView for indicator access management, and PineConnector for optional MT4/MT5 automation for Elite subscribers. Each service’s own privacy policy governs your use of their platform. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. To request deletion of your data, contact hello@apexbreakout.com.
6. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
7. Your rights

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. However no transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
